Work and responsibilities

Working within the swim team at Club La Santa you will be responsible for teaching a wide range of swim instructions daily.

You will be teaching both in the water and by the poolside in any kind of level or age category. The main styles you will be teaching are freestyle, breaststroke,

and backstroke in group sessions. We also offer personal instructions and video analysis. The personal instructution is for everyone based on their level- and skill set of the guest. The personal instructions can both be done in all the four strokes or within other technical areas such as dives, tumble turns and open water skills. As part of our program, you will also work with toddlers and babies in a nice and calm area where they can slowly build up their confidence. As a skill-experienced swimming coach, you should also be able to teach dryland swimming, open water and tumble turn classes. We expect you to be able to create different training pool sessions focusing on breathing, strength, endurance, speed, intervals, splits, and technique while being methodical. Finally, you will deliver the very best experience to Club La Santa guests.
