At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city’s newest and most prestigious luxury landmarks, we are looking for a passionate, organized, and service-driven Event Rooms Coordinator to join our Events team.

As an Event Rooms Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning and coordination of accommodation arrangements for groups, meetings, conferences, and events hosted at the hotel. You will be the main point of contact for all room-related requirements once a group is confirmed,



ensuring every detail is accurately managed and delivered in line with Hyatt’s standards of excellence.

About the Role

As an Event Rooms Coordinator at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, you are an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of accommodation arrangements for groups and events hosted at the hotel.

This is an operational full-time position (40 hours per week) offered on a permanent contract, with a schedule aligned to business needs and key group arrival and departure periods.

You will work closely with Reservations, Front Office, Housekeeping, Revenue, Finance, Sales, and Events teams to ensure seamless operations and an outstanding guest experience.
