As a Senior Technical Artist, you'll focus on pipeline development and artist support, acting as a crucial bridge between our creative teams and our Unreal Engine pipeline.

You will play a key role in ensuring that high-quality art content and features are seamlessly integrated into the engine while maintaining the project's artistic vision and respecting technical constraints for a world-class production. Work with generalists to create 3D art and bring it into the engine Support artists in using the 3D art pipeline and user-facing engine tools Provide hands‐on guidance on asset performance, optimization, and validation Develop Unreal Engine art pipeline tools and extensions with a focus on usability and efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Unreal Engine asset pipeline Help inspire and empower the art team to optimize their workflows and processes Strong expertise in Unreal Engine Blueprints and proven experience developing tools within the engine Programming knowledge (C++ and/or Python) Experience with USD (Universal Scene Description) and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Knowledge of rigging (especially Control Rig), shading, materials, and rendering pipelines (both real-time and offline) Proficiency in additional 3D software (e.g.,
