To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

• Previous experience of CX and/or BPO environment at Operations Manager or similar level





• Experience in Team management

• Able to manage profit and loss

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders

• Skilled at working with clients and their needs

• Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience – you believe that customers deserve more than just support.

• C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.

• Additional languages such as German or Dutch would be a bonus.
