Overview
As a Partner Account Manager at Autodesk, you will drive partner-led revenue and market coverage by supporting mid-sized partners across EMEA. You collaborate with inside sales, marketing, enablement, operations, and product teams to execute joint initiatives and align with business priorities. You will develop partner plans, coach and enable partner teams, and track performance to continuously improve pipeline and outcomes. This role offers a hands-on, fast-paced environment where you shape partner strategy and impact customer success. You will work with cross-functional teams to scale partner programs and drive measurable growth.

Responsabilidades
Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to hit sales targets and expand footprint in priority segments
Build trust-based relationships with partner leadership and sales teams to align on goals and growth priorities




Provide guidance and resources to improve partners' technical and sales capabilities and program participation
Coordinate joint account planning, opportunity development, and marketing activities with partners and internal teams
Monitor partner KPIs, conduct regular business reviews, and deliver actionable insights for improvement
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success on partner initiatives
Requisitos principales
~3–5 years of experience in SaaS, preferably in partner sales
~ Strong command of English; additional European language is a plus
~ Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
~ Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate complex situations
~ Ownership mindset with accountability for partner performance
