Overview
In this role you enable product teams to adopt and leverage the Enterprise Data Platform, guiding onboarding and solution design. You will contribute to the Onboarding Hub, delivering automation, AI-powered experiences, and self-service capabilities. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable platform usage and smooth feature adoption. Your work shapes data-driven delivery across the organization and accelerates value from platform services.

Responsabilidades
Act as a technical contact to onboard new product delivery teams to the Enterprise Data Platform and drive platform adoption.
Collaborate with product teams, solution architects, and engineering to design and implement solutions using platform capabilities (cloud services, data platforms, analytics, AI services, CI/CD, developer tooling).
Contribute to architecture reviews and advise on standards,



security, and engineering best practices.
Provide technical support and consultancy, coordinate escalations, and work with platform engineering to resolve issues.
Develop and improve the Onboarding Hub and platform products, delivering new functionality and AI-powered experiences.
Design and implement integrations with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, cloud platforms, identity management, and internal data platform services.
Support software releases and deployments across environments to ensure reliability and feature adoption.
Identify opportunities to improve user experience and platform adoption through automation, AI-assisted solutions, and onboarding enhancements.
Collaborate with platform engineering and development teams to share feedback and drive platform enhancements.
Create technical documentation, onboarding materials, and lead enablement sessions for the user community.
