In this role, you drive end-to-end platform innovation from idea to measurable impact, partnering with senior leaders to shape the future direction of our platform business. You will identify opportunities, lead pilots, and scale solutions that generate substantial incremental revenue. You combine strategy, execution, and stakeholder leadership to deliver concrete business outcomes across a integral platform. This is a fast-paced, data-driven role with high accountability and visibility, offering ownership from concept to monetized results.
Responsabilidades
Identify opportunities by analyzing market trends and internal signals to form a clear value hypothesis and business case
Design and run pilots with cross-functional teams and validate ROI using real data before scaling
Own the asset outcome end-to-end, including business case, pilot economics, and scale recommendations
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding decisions with structured, data-driven narratives




Influence cross-functional and regional stakeholders to maintain momentum
Decide when to scale a proven model or terminate weaker bets to focus on the strongest opportunities
Requisitos principales
Experience leading cross-functional business transformation, strategic platform initiatives, or consulting
Track record of building business cases and delivering measurable outcomes with limited direction
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills
Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort making decisions with incomplete information
