As Group CFO at Satispay, you will shape the international financial roadmap from Milan, leading capital allocation and consolidated finance. Head FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for all business units
Ensure alignment between strategic planning, operations, and financial performance
Oversee regulatory and governance matters for the Luxembourg banking subsidiary in collaboration with local leadership
At least 3 years as Group CFO, VP of Finance, or Deputy CFO in fintech/scale-up environments
~ Regulated financial environment experience (banking/payments/fintech/e-money)
~ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; CPA/CFA desirable
~ English professional proficiency; Italian a plus
