Responsabilidades
- Configure, maintain, and optimize marketing systems for scalability and performance
- Lead AI-powered workflows, agents, and emerging capabilities to automate marketing processes
- Manage HubSpot–Salesforce sync, ensuring data integrity and alignment




- Develop and refine predictive lead scoring for better prioritization and conversion
- Monitor workflows and resolve errors, especially MQLs and lead routing
- Use data enrichment and custom actions in workflows to enhance automation
- Document processes, train users on best practices, and maintain CRM data hygiene
- Oversee data security, governance, and GDPR compliance for marketing systems
- Drive cross-platform integrations and collaborate with data teams and system admins
- Stay updated on data and tech changes, evaluating new solutions as needed
- Support ongoing improvements to marketing tech and AI initiatives

Requisitos principales
- HubSpot proficiency (required)
