Responsabilidades
Support transfer of prototype designs into controlled manufacturing with focus on yield, robustness and manufacturing readiness
Develop, optimize and scale wafer-level processes (lithography, deposition, etching, lift-off, bonding, polymer processing)
Perform cleanroom activities:



wafer processing, sample prep, inspection, characterization and data collection
Troubleshoot process issues related to materials, equipment, adhesion, patterning, contamination and integration
Plan and execute experiments/DOEs to define process windows and reduce variability
Support equipment selection, qualification, and process bring-up
Coordinate activities with foundries, suppliers and laboratories
Apply SPC, FMEA and root-cause analysis to improve process stability
Prepare and maintain process documentation, flows and risk assessments
Communicate deviations and risks promptly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introduction and scale-up
Requisitos principales
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related field
At least 3 years of hands-on semiconductor manufacturing or cleanroom experience
