In this role you partner with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) in Spain as an advisor and operating partner to help launch and grow last-mile delivery businesses within Amazon Logistics. You work with regional teams to ensure safety, performance, and compliant, high-quality operations while removing obstacles and driving value for partners. You will guide DSPs through onboarding, scaling, and ongoing performance management, shaping strategy, and surfacing actions that improve the partner experience and business outcomes. This role blends relationship management with programmatic problem solving to support a high-velocity network and deliver strong DSP sentiment. Ensure safety compliance in collaboration with OTR Safety and Regional Managers




Onboard new DSPs and support successful program launches
Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement network-level operational improvements
Serve as the voice of the DSP within AMZL and support upskilling of tools
Manage contracts and monitor performance across the DSP portfolio
Spanish fluency (read, write, speak)
Bachelor's degree
Strong analytical abilities with data usage confidence
Experience in Operations, Last Mile, or account/relationship management in logistics or distribution
Data analysis and interpretation
Project planning in ambiguous environments
