Overview
In this role you will lead the creation and scaling of a brand-new NLS vertical within Preply, turning strategic ambitions into shipped products. You’ll shape the tutor and learner experience from funnel to product, collaborating with design, research, data science, and engineering. By balancing experiments, user insight, and data, you’ll validate bets and guide growth in a fast-evolving environment. This is a chance to impact learning at integral scale and help Preply expand beyond language learning.

Responsabilidades
Own part of the strategy and roadmap for non-language subjects and define the future of Preply beyond language learning
Shape end-to-end tutor and learner experiences for the new vertical, starting at the top of the funnel
Collaborate with design, UX research, data science, and engineering to ship the strategy as a product
Think across the broader ecosystem (marketing, supply, etc.)

Champion the NLS initiative internally and build its business case
Define success metrics for the area and drive learning and iteration
Requisitos principales
Senior Product Management experience with 0-to-10 and 10-to-100 product growth in a fast-evolving or ambiguous setting
Comfort with an evolving roadmap; NLS is a high-priority, young area
Ability to influence across functions (supply, product, marketing, leadership) without formal authority
Growth mindset with data- and revenue-driven approach, plus deep subject/vertical understanding
Marketplace experience, ideally bringing a product from immature to mature
