Overview In this role at SITA you will lead Brand and Design, owning the brand strategy and visual identity to represent SITA globally. You'll manage the creative director, brand manager, and design team, aligning brand thinking with execution. You will set the standard for brand evolution and ensure consistent, compelling output across regions and business units. The position offers the chance to shape how SITA is perceived in a complex tech and aviation landscape.

Responsabilidades
- Develop the strategic brand platform (architecture, personality, verbal and visual identity) and enable general, regional, and business unit teams to use it independently
- Own corporate messaging architecture and tone of voice, guiding product messaging for portfolios and business units
- Direct design direction and flagship work (publications,



executive presentations, films, events) and manage the creative brief process with internal teams and agencies
- Own brand experience at major moments (exhibitions, demos, briefing spaces) and translate narratives into space and visuals
- Oversee governance, templates, asset library, and scale-ready review processes; direct external agencies for brand, design, and experience
- Lead the brand manager, graphic designer, and video team, setting quality standards and prioritizing work

Requisitos principales
- 10+ years in brand, design, or creative leadership with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role
- Proven track record owning and evolving a B2B brand
- Experience managing creative directors or senior designers with a clear point of view
- Experience in a matrixed global organization and navigating competing priorities
