Overview As Founding Account Executive for Factorial's Finance product, you own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close for new logos. You identify finance pain points and craft deals with CFOs and FP&A; leaders, shaping the sales narrative as we expand across Europe. This role blends strategic account leadership with hands-on deal making in a fast-evolving, AI-first environment. You'll influence product messaging and demonstrate real ROI to finance leaders, beyond generic AI claims.

Responsabilidades
- Generate and own your pipeline from scratch, with cross-functional support as needed
- Lead discovery, product demos, business case creation, procurement, and legal to close
- Negotiate with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders on numbers, ROI, and terms
- Build and defend financial business cases (cost of current processes, time to close books, margins)




- Act as the product reference point for Finance, explaining expenses, procurement, project profitability, and headcount planning
- Explain how ONE AI works inside the product and its impact on automation vs human decisions
- Apply AI to your own sales motions (research, prospecting, prep, follow-ups, analysis)
- Use consultative selling to diagnose budgeting, spend approvals, ERP capabilities
- Own contract negotiations end-to-end and forecast accurately in HubSpot
- Provide feedback to Product/Marketing to sharpen ICP, messaging and roadmaps

Requisitos principales
- 1–2 years closing deals, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Financial background or fluency (accounting, budgeting, procurement, ERP)
- Experience talking to CFOs and finance decision-makers
- Genuine interest in AI and ability to articulate its role in the product
