Overview In this role you will translate European strategy into actionable marketing and commercial tactics for Zanubrutinib (Brukinsa), driving patient access and market success. You'll collaborate with local and regional teams to shape national brand plans, launch activities, and promotional assets. You will lead budget ownership, KPI tracking, and cross-functional partnerships to optimize campaigns and launches in hematology/immunotherapy. This is an entrepreneurial, impact-driven position with a strong emphasis on patient-centric outcomes.
Responsabilidades
Develop and execute the Zanubrutinib marketing strategy including omnichannel activities
Contribute to national brand plans and marketing tactics aligned with international plan
Collaborate on pre-launch and launch activities with local teams
Design and develop promotional tools with agencies and sales, adapting assets cross-country
Identify agencies/vendors/tools to support tactic execution
Support presence at national and international congresses and scientific meetings




Generate market insights with cross-functional stakeholders to shape tactics and measure impact
Support Commercial Operations activities like launch readiness tracking and CRM implementation
Plan and run trainings for Key Account Managers with Medical Affairs and L&D;
Own marketing budget and manage contracts/invoicing with admin support
Track KPIs and market changes to inform strategy and improvements
Drive continuous improvement to enhance patient access and launch effectiveness
Operate in line with BeOne Code of Conduct and policies
Requisitos principales
~10+ years in healthcare with 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing or product management
~ Launch experience in marketing/product management/sales preferred
~ Hematology/immunotherapy knowledge is an asset
~ Experience in SP & PT markets is an asset
