This fully remote role supports integral operations across Spain or Portugal, collaborating with HRIS, Colleague Resources, IT, and business teams to deliver meaningful metrics and dashboards.
You will design and maintain Workday reports, analyze large HR datasets, and contribute to releases, testing, and data governance while ensuring reporting quality
