Airbus Operations SL in Getafe, Spain, is seeking a Quality Standard Conformance Manager (QCM) to lead the resolution of complex quality issues and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing.
You will establish measurement standards, ensure control plan requirements are met, coordinate routine PFMEA work, and push digitalization using IT tools.
This role requires an engineering degree and fluent English and Spanish, with strong adaptability to new topics and cross-functional collaboration.
