We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a general packaging manufacturer specializing in sustainable drum and pail liners, IBC liners, and Bag-in-Box solutions for the world's leading brands across food and beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and industrial sectros, including BASF, Unilever, L'Oréal, Johnson&Johnson;, Honeywell, Henkel, 3M, and Dow.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the main point of contact for the company's clients and plays a central role in delivering a high-quality customer experience. Working independently and with a strong sense of responsibility, the CSR supports both clients and Sales Managers in resolving day-to-day challenges and identifying the right solutions.
- Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner.
- Organize workflow and coordinate with the plant to meet customer deadlines.
- Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company to current and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity, and a superior understanding of customer needs.




- Attend to customer questions, complaints, and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
- Cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers.
- Resolve complaints and order issues.
- Oversee product exchanges and returns.
- Analyze data and statistics to isolate and identify areas of improvement.
- Follow all quality and food safety policies and procedures to ensure CDF products meet all applicable customer, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed in Hubspot and IFS
- Identify sales opportunities and refer them to the Sales Team.
