What you’ll be doing
- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and fault diagnostics at customer sites across Spain and Portugal.
- Provide accurate, detailed, and timely service visit reports following all on‑site activities.
- Deliver electrical / mechanical‑focused technical support for machinery within your area of responsibility, advising customers on maintenance best practices, spare parts, and available upgrades.
- Identify recurring technical issues or trends and proactively share insights with your manager and the wider Service team.
- Train customers on machine operation, maintenance routines, safety standards, and cleaning procedures.
- Support the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of Service Department working procedures.
- Respond to technical questions from customers, fellow technicians, and the sales team.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and support the Sales organisation by providing technical expertise and customer‑focused assistance.
