They are now seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead a high-performing global commercial organisation across EMEA, Americas, and APAC

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of general revenue and shape the commercial future of a high-potential semiconductor business.

Reporting directly to the CEO and operating at an executive level, the successful candidate will:
- Lead and scale a global sales organisation, including regional leadership teams
- Define and execute the worldwide revenue strategy across all markets and channels
- Build a repeatable, data-driven sales engine with strong forecasting and CRM discipline
- Develop a robust go-to-market model, balancing direct sales and global distribution networks
- Personally lead strategic accounts, partnerships,



and complex commercial negotiations
- Act as a key voice at executive and board level, shaping company growth and direction
- Own the global revenue number and delivery against targetsLead, mentor, and expand a multi-regional sales organisation
- Establish clear pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance KPIs
- Define and optimise channel strategy (distribution, reps, direct sales)
- Build strong executive-level relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations
- Drive a high-performance, accountable, and scalable sales culture
- 15+ years’ experience in semiconductor or electronic components sales
- Proven success scaling global sales organisations in a growth environment
