Key Responsibilities & Functions
- Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build, update,



and review financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, DDM, LBO, merger models, trading & transaction comparables), including sensitivity and scenario analyses, to evaluate deal opportunities, structures and financial impacts.
- Transaction Execution: Manage the day-to-day execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A; transactions, including deliverables, virtual data rooms (VDRs), Q&A; processes, and due diligence workstreams. Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external advisors across tax, accounting, legal, technical and other specialist areas.
- Pitching & Transaction Documentation: Drive the preparation of information memorandums, management presentations, teasers, strategic pitch books, transaction analyses and internal approval materials.
