Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Setter to Closer)

Base Salary: $27,500 – $35,000 USD (equivalent to approx. €24,000 – €31,000)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Uncapped Commission Structure

We want to recruit a top-tier, self-reliant German-Speaking Sales Representative (Setter to Closer) to join our compact, high-velocity team. As our primary dedicated sales hire, you will partner directly with the Founder,



steering a warm roster of motivated leads and rapidly evolving into closing high-value sales engagements.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Reactivation & Nurturing: Awaken and foster a robust pipeline comprising over 1,500 cold and inbound contacts across WhatsApp, Email, Phone, and LinkedIn platforms with zero cold calling required.
- Qualification & Discovery: Benchmark incoming and outgoing leads carefully against our specific Idóneo Client Profile (ICP).
- Pipeline Management: Book between 8 and 12 qualified strategy sessions weekly directly onto the schedule of the Founder.
- Closing High-Ticket Deals: Advance from setting up meetings to independently driving home elite consulting offerings priced from $5,000 up to $15,000 USD.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain impeccable CRM data integrity inside Close.io, oversee pipeline progression stages, construct follow-up workflows, and track performance indicators to eliminate lost revenue.
- Post-Sale Handover: Synchronize close
