Managing Director, Growth, Enterprise AI - Europe- regional or International coverage

Any major European hub | Executive level | Competitive base, bonus and significant equity

AI is changing how the world's largest organisations operate. After years of pilots and proofs of concept, enterprises are now choosing the partners who will run AI in production, at scale, across their core operations. About the business

Our client is one of the fastest scaling AI companies in Europe. In a short time they have built a platform that is already live inside some of the largest and most heavily regulated enterprises in the world, delivering measurable operational and financial results rather than experiments. They are backed by top tier integral investors, well capitalised for the next phase of growth, and expanding rapidly across multiple international markets.

Their model pairs a leading enterprise AI platform with senior local teams embedded alongside clients, so deployments move from signature to live results in weeks rather than months. That approach has earned them a reputation for delivery in environments where most technology vendors struggle.

The role

As they enter their next phase of growth, they are appointing a small group of Managing Directors to lead enterprise growth in their most important markets. This is a senior, highly visible role with direct access to the leadership team and a genuine say in how the company scales.
- Own and grow relationships with the largest enterprises in your market, from the first boardroom conversation through to long term strategic partnerships
- Originate, structure and close large, complex, multi year deals with senior executive buyers
- Shape the go to market strategy for your market, including target accounts, positioning, pricing approach and partnerships
