As our FinOps Specialist, you will be responsible for safeguarding business integrity, operational resilience, and financial precision. Acting as a strategic subject matter expert, you will oversee high-risk transactional flows and collaborate cross-functionally to proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve operational risks related to merchants, FX, and financial processes.
You will play a key role in elevating the FinOps Specialist function into a highly standardized, automated, and data-driven discipline. You will design and execute an assurance roadmap that leverages technology,
robust control frameworks, and best practices to drive operational excellence, scalability, and governance.
- Oversight & Assurance: Serving as a senior regional authority to establish, monitor, and enforce robust business assurance frameworks across regional markets and operations.
- Process & Control Transformation: Designing and executing a process transformation roadmap to simplify, standardize, and automate complex fx reconciliations, controls, and risk-monitoring mechanisms.
- Digitalization & Automation: Identifying operational gaps and manual vulnerabilities (e.g., in reconciliations, FX monitoring, merchant settlements) and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Finance teams to implement sustainable, automated, and scalable solutions.
