Stanley Black & Decker Inc. is seeking a Sales Team Leader to lead our field sales in Poland. You will implement the sales plan, develop team capabilities, and drive motivation and results across the region.
The role requires travel around Poland (approximately 60% of time) and occasional home-based work (40%). You will recruit, analyze performance, and report to the Sales Manager Poland, while collaborating with key customers and leveraging MS Office tools.
