For the Spanish market, we are looking for an Area Manager Spain with a strong focus on business development and market growth.

The Role

The Area Manager Spain will be responsible for the commercial development and financial performance of the Spanish market, with a particular focus on the beverage and professional Ho.Re.Ca. channels.

The role offers the opportunity to lead the development of a market with significant growth potential, directly contributing to the expansion of the business in Spain. The position will have a strong business development mandate, aimed at expanding the customer base, identifying new business opportunities, developing new sales channels,



strengthening the distribution network and increasing the company’s market penetration.

The role also includes responsibility for the country P&L;, coordination of the local team and a strong direct presence in the market, with ownership of key commercial opportunities and relationships with strategic customers and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the commercial development strategy for the Spanish market.
- Manage the country P&L;, with responsibility for revenue, margins, costs, budget and profitability.
- Lead a local team of approximately 5 people, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.
- Accelerate the growth of a business currently generating approximately €2 million in annual revenue.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and commercial and financial plans, regularly monitoring performance.
