We Are Looking For

A professional responsible for the day-to-day operation of the composite manufacturing workshop and testing laboratory, providing support to both R&D; projects and industrial development activities for customers. The selected candidate will participate in the manufacturing of demonstrators, process validation, test preparation, and the operational maintenance of the facilities.

Main Responsibilities
- Manufacturing composite parts and demonstrators using wet manufacturing processes, especially thermoset resin infusion.




- Providing technical support to R&D; projects through the execution of material and process tests.
- Supporting industrial projects by carrying out manufacturing, inspection, and quality control activities.
- Preparing materials, consumables, and tooling required for workshop activities.
- Participating in the implementation and validation of new equipment and production processes.
- Managing inventories of materials and consumables.
- Maintaining and organizing the workshop and laboratory.
- Performing basic waste management and chemical storage activities in accordance with internal procedures.
- Preparing manufacturing records, test reports, and basic technical documentation.

Composite Manufacturing
- Demonstrable experience with resin infusion processes.
- Experience working with different resin chemistries and reinforcement systems.
- Ability to independently define and execute wet manufacturing processes.
