The role provides dedicated operational support for all matters related to the delivery of partner services and serves as the primary point of contact for the partner operational performance and execution.
The Partner Manager is responsible for ensuring timely resolution of service-related issues, monitoring partner performance, and effective collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is a critical component of ADP's Global Payroll supply chain and contributes to the delivery of efficient, accurate, and cost-effective global payroll solutions.
Monitor and evaluate partner performance through regular service reviews and operational metrics.
Escalate actual or potential compliance risks promptly and appropriately.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
2-3 years of knowledge in Payroll, HR Services, vendor management, account management, or service delivery.
Experience Working In a Global Or Multicultural Environment Preferred.




Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong cross-cultural awareness.
Experience collaborating with general teams and partners across different cultures.
Ability to work versátil hours as required.
