Purpose of the Role: This role has a mission to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, optimization and measurement of Havaianas' paid media activities across European markets, driving profitable growth and brand visibility through an integrated paid media and digital & offline amplification strategy that balances brand building, consumer acquisition and business performance. Define and execute the European paid media strategy and roadmap across paid social, search, programmatic, video, display and affiliates.
Manage and optimize media investment across channels to drive reach, acquisition, revenue, ROI and ROAS.Connect brand campaigns, product launches and performance marketing to maximize impact. Test new platforms, audiences, formats and approaches to continuously improve performance.



Brand & Retail MediaLead the paid amplification of Havaianas' brand campaigns across European markets, including digital and OOH.Develop retail media and digital marketplace partnerships with key Etailers.
Identify new media, partnership and visibility opportunities across digital platforms.
Agency, Measurement & AnalyticLead media agency and technology partner relationships.
Own media measurement, attribution, dashboards and performance reporting.
Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and future investment decisions.
Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Brand, CRM, E-commerce and DTC and Commercial teams to deliver an integrated consumer journey.
Stay ahead of media, digital, social, consumer and competitive trendRequirements:8+ years' experience in media, digital or performance marketing, ideally across both brand and performance media.
