Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an onsite CAD Designer to support a large initiative dealing with model based design in Alburquerque, NM . The CAD designer will convert engineering concepts into production CAD models and drawings. Responsibilities of the CAD Designer Includes:
Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using CREO/Pro-E
Partner closely with engineers and researchers to develop, interpret, and refine mechanical design concepts and detailed drawing packages
Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to ensure designs are manufacturable, meet project schedules, and align with material and process requirements
Manage engineering documentation, revision control, and approvals within Windchill/PDMLink and other product data management systems
Apply GD&T; principles and mechanical design best practices to support accurate manufacturing and product development
Qualifications of the CAD Designer Includes:
High School Diploma + 3 years of experience in CAD




Experience creating 3D solid models, large assemblies, and mechanical drawings
Hands-on experience with PTC/CREO, Windchill/PDMLink
Must be eligible to work in the United States and be able to pass a government background check
Compensation of the CAD Designer Includes:
Compensation range: $60,000 - $80,000 + Relocation Package for national candidates
