The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting and hiring the best future talent across all agency disciplines. In this role, you will report to the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead in Spain and play a key role in delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing meetings and hiring strategy design to offer management and onboarding coordination.
Advertise vacancies through various channels and manage recruitment activity through the ATS.
Source, attract, assess and engage both active and passive candidates using a variety of recruitment techniques.
Ensure all recruitment processes are delivered within agreed timelines and hiring metrics.
Continuously identify and implement new sourcing methodologies, recruitment tools and market best practices.
Develop, analyse and report recruitment and hiring metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular and ad hoc recruitment reports for business stakeholders.




Advise hiring managers on job descriptions, market insights, interview best practices and recruitment compliance.
Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and staffing partners when required.
2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within advertising, creative, marketing or media environments.
~ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
~ Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
~ A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in talent acquisition and employer branding.
~ High level of English (C1 or above).
