The role requires you to be present at one of our locations at least part of the time.

Main Responsibilities
Lead transformer & magnetic design strategy
- Define and optimize transformer architecture across applications (UPS, rectifiers, hydrogen, etc.).
- Balance performance, footprint, efficiency, harmonics,



and cost.

Drive design optimization & competitiveness
- Optimize transformer selection.
- Deliver best-in-class solutions in price, size, losses, and manufacturability.

Own supplier strategy & ROI
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with magnetic suppliers.
- Ensure strong ROI through design-to-cost and sourcing levers.

Technical leadership
- Act as internal reference for magnetic design (LV/MV transformers, chokes).
- Support complex bids and product development programs.
- Mentor engineering teams and elevate technical standards.

Cross-functional impact
- Work closely with R&D;, sourcing, operations, and product management.
- Contribute to portfolio evolution and industrialization.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering ideally.
