About the role
We are looking for a Backend Developer with experience in Python and AWS Cloud technologies to join a strategic platform team responsible for user, tenant and access management within a cloud-native ecosystem.
You will contribute to the implementation of Disaster Recovery (DR) capabilities, helping to ensure platform resilience, business continuity and operational excellence within a highly regulated environment.
This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale cloud architectures, Infrastructure as Code, identity management and automation, collaborating with Security, Product, Data and Engineering teams.
What you'll do Design and implement Disaster Recovery solutions for a cloud-native platform.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/OpenTofu.
Build and automate AWS cloud resources supporting resilience and recovery scenarios.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform recovery and deployment processes.
Develop backend services and automation scripts using Python and Shell.




Create unit and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability and quality.
Document recovery procedures and participate in validation exercises.
Collaborate with distributed teams across Product, Security and Engineering.
Experience in Backend Development with Python.
Strong knowledge of AWS services, including Cognito, IAM, Lambda, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store, KMS, CodePipeline and CodeBuild.
Experience with MongoDB.
Experience with Terraform or OpenTofu.
Knowledge of Shell scripting.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
Proactive, analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
SAFe, Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Identity and Access Management.
Software security best practices.
AWS, MongoDB or Agile certifications.
