Job Overview Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the successful delivery of client programs,
ensuring agreed quality, timelines, profitability and client expectations are met.
- Own the operational client relationship, acting as a key point of contact and escalation for program-related issues.
- Monitor program performance, KPIs and risks, taking proactive action when targets or delivery are at risk.
- Build, manage and develop the Project Management team, including staffing, performance management, mentoring, training and succession planning.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Quality, Vendor Management, Technical Services and other teams to support successful program delivery.
- Oversee program financial performance, including budgets, profitability, revenue forecasting and revenue recognition.
- Lead the resolution of delivery or quality issues, including root cause investigations and CAPA processes where required.
