Assist in color grading projects. Become familiar with the main grading software (DaVinci Resolve), its tools, capabilities, and workflows. Prepare projects for color sessions (importing footage, project setup, etc.).
Understand media management on servers (organizing inputs and outputs). Apply base LUTs and initial adjustments under supervision. Perform backups and archive completed projects. Verify the quality of exported files.
Student or recent graduate in Audiovisual Communication, Film, Postproduction, Cinematography, Photography, or similar. Additional training in color grading, postproduction,
or software such as DaVinci Resolve will be valued. No professional experience required, though academic, personal, or internship projects related to color or cinematography will be considered.
Flexibility and adaptability to different types of projects and production paces. High level of English (WPP Production is a global company and many communications and resources are in English). knowledge of scripting or automation (Python, etc.) interest in other postproduction areas (VFX, motion graphics, sound). Access to specialized training in color grading and postproduction. ~At WPP Production, you'll help shape the future of content production at a truly global scale.
