The overarching purpose of this role is to drive performance through strong leadership of an established team of Territory Sales Managers to achieve their sales targets
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share
Monitoring individual and team performance metrics, providing feedback, and implementing strategies to improve sales effectiveness
Setting clear achievable sales goals and objectives; Identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and fostering skill development to enhance the capabilities of the sales team
Analyzing sales processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to streamline operations and increase efficiency
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting sales strategies accordingly
Managing sales budgets effectively, and controlling
