We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Asset Management Associate to join our team and support the active management and performance optimization of a portfolio of retail assets. The successful candidate will assist in monitoring asset performance, identifying value-creation opportunities, supporting investment decisions, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to help ensure the portfolio meets its strategic and financial objectives.
Support Asset Management Team in managing and monitoring the performance of a portfolio of retail assets, ensuring alignment with approved business plans and investment objectives.




Assist in the development, implementation and regular update of asset business plans and strategies, preparing the underlying financial and operational analysis.
Monitor financial and operational performance (budgets, cash flow, revenues, costs and KPIs), consolidating data and preparing structured reports and dashboards in Excel.
Contribute to the identification and assessment of opportunities to enhance asset value, improve operational efficiency and maximize returns, providing analytical support and scenario analysis.
Prepare and review financial analyses, investment cases, budgets, forecasts and business plans in Excel, ensuring accuracy, consistency and clear structuring of information.
Coordinate and follow up with property managers, leasing teams, technical advisors, legal advisors and other external consultants, ensuring that information, documentation and deadlines are properly managed.
