As a Member Of Smartness' Sales Team For The DACH Market. 1 Hospitality Software In The Region. You Will Participate In Both In-person And Remote Training Sessions. You Will Support The Sales Team In The Expansion Of Smartness In The DACH Market Through Activities Of Sales negotiation - you will manage a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments with potential prospects interested in learning about Smartness. Participation in trade fairs and events - Smartness is present at all major national trade fairs. Business Development - you will proactively search for new business opportunities, through cold calling and cold emailing.




Data analysis and regular reviews - you will hone your analytical skills by learning how to critically read through your pipeline, using the best and most advanced sales tools on the market
German as a mother tongue.
Good English skills B2 level - We are an international company, we want you to be able to understand and interact with others effectively.
Data-driven thinking- you are skilled at analyzing and interpreting data, making decisions based on quantitative evidence, continuously improving business strategies through the effective use of data.
Desire to learn - you are willing to receive on the field coaching sessions and you are eager to read books on how to improve your sales skills. Training can take place in-person or remotely.
