All our activities are based on industry standard best practices (ITIL, ISTQB, PMP) and require constant contact with technical support teams, both RHG's and external vendors.




Ensure the quality and efficiency of testing processes within the organization.
Develop detailed test cases
Execute test scenarios.
Report test results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on the analysis of feature requirements and a deep understanding of an application's behaviour to verify the functionality, usability, performance, and reliability of an application's behaviour and ensuring all critical business functions are covered.
Collaborate with IT teams to understand the scope and requirements of each test case.
Ensure test cases are comprehensive, including preconditions, steps, and expected results.
Define test data required for each test scenario and test case, ensuring it aligns with the business processes.
Execute test scenarios and test cases on planned execution dates as defined in the test schedule.
