You'll be the key bridge between Design, Engineering, and Product,



driving a cross-functional initiative to unify our Product Design standards and tooling and across platforms, devices, and partners.
Define and execute the roadmap for scaling our design system across web, mobile, and other platforms.
Lead cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, and brand design teams to ensure adoption and consistency.
Evangelize and champion the Design System as a strategic foundation for product scalability, multi-brand flexibility, and cross-functional alignment.
Own the full lifecycle of the design system: audit, define, build, document, and maintain.
Define and implement design tokens, theming architecture, and multi-brand support (white-labeling).
Figma, Storybook, etc.).
Integrate accessibility and internationalization standards into core design principles.
Train teams on how to use, extend, and contribute to the design system.
