Responsibilities
- Establish and manage client relationships with media agencies
- Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy
- Respond to inbound RFPs, proactively develop custom ideas, and deliver up-sell and always on opportunities for your clients
- Bid optimisation, budget management / pacing management
- Build a pipeline of revenue
- Retain and grow revenue from advertisers
- Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal and engineering
- Carry out health checks on campaigns to ensure they are set up and running as per best practice and optimised to meet or exceed pre‑agreed benchmarks and targets
- Facilitate clients' ad campaigns from start to finish
- Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.
- Conduct live platform demonstrations
- Plan and build compelling storylines and data‑driven presentations that are customised for clients' business and problems
- Brainstorm, identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients
- Serve as an external TikTok product consultant
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in digital media sales, ad tech, or programmatic advertising, with experience specifically managing holding company relationships.
- Proven track record of navigating, presenting to, and influencing C-level executives (e.g. Investment Officers, Heads of Digital, Agency CEOs).
- Experience managing a multi‑million dollar book of business and a history of successfully negotiating complex Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and trading agreements.
- Subject matter expertise in the full digital funnel—specifically auction/biddable media, performance marketing metrics, and social commerce solutions (e.g., TikTok Shop).
