Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand a client base focused on wealth management (B2C)
- Provide tailored advisory services and maintain strong client communication
- Identify financial needs and deliver customized solutions to grow assets under management
- Conduct comprehensive client reviews and create bespoke wealth management strategies
- Apply a consultative approach to understand client goals and provide appropriate solutions
- Stay informed on integral markets and trends to deliver accurate, up-to-date advice

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, or management
- Strong service orientation, numerical acumen, and attention to detail
- Aspiration for or possession of UK Level 4 advisory qualification
- Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred
- Familiarity with investment, offshore, fintech, bond, or pension products advantageous
- Integrity, professionalism, and collaborative spirit
- Analytical skills, risk assessment capability, and proven sales track record

Notes

Applicants must have at least three (3) years' client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory, with recognised investment qualifications (e.g., CISI, CII, or equivalent). This is a performance-driven, client-facing role focused on relationship development and growth.
