Blu is seeking an HR Business Partner in Barcelona to own HR operations across Europe, including Germany, Sweden and the UK. You will drive labor law compliance, payroll coordination, and people strategy in a 360-degree role.
You will partner with leaders in London, Munich, and Stockholm, manage the employee lifecycle, and contribute to HRIS migration and development programs. A hybrid work setup in Barcelona is offered with occasional travel.
