About the role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes to join our team.
As part of the People team, your primary focus will be supporting the company's talent acquisition strategy, contributing to the attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of new team members, while also collaborating on broader People initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job analysis, profile definition and assessment, headhunting through various platforms, and conducting online and in-person interviews.
- Collaborate with other agencies to find the best candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Organize and attend job fairs and other events across Spain.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, proposing creative ideas and supporting actions to attract and engage talent.
