We are looking for a Consulting Finance Director to lead large-scale Finance Transformation and CFO Advisory programs across multiple industries. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on helping CFOs redefine their finance organizations, improve business performance, optimize operating models, and accelerate transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will bring a strong consulting background, extensive experience working with senior finance executives, a proven ability to drive business growth, and a track record of leading high-performing teams. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs while helping organizations navigate complex transformation programs and achieve measurable business outcomes. The position can be based in Madrid or Barcelona in a hybrid working model, combining work from home with in-office collaboration opportunities.
