If you have recruitment experience, speak English, Spanish & Italian, then you're invited to apply Location: hybrid -- Barcelona office The Job (responsibilities): * Responsible for end-to-end recruitments in Spain and Italy, as part of the European Talent Acquisition team * Intake meeting: gather candidate requirements from the Hiring Managers * Recruit with "Avature", our innovative ATS * Set up an efficient recruitment strategy * Job advertisement: jobads, jobboards, Linkedin & other social media * Sourcing of more difficult to find candidates * Selection of the right applicants * Participating in recruitment interviews and coordination of the different stages of the process * Participate in preparing an adequate remuneration package * Extending the offer to candidate, including negotiations * Internal & external TA communication, including promoting internal recruitment * Participate in training & development process * Employer branding activities, to support the METTLER TOLEDO brand The Person (requirements):
