WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHBased in Barcelona, Spain, and sitting within the Spain and Portugal Sales team, this highly cross-functional role partners with a broad network of internal and external stakeholders to position Nike for success across both markets. The role reports to the Senior Director of Sales for Spain and Portugal and works closely with the two Directors supporting these markets. It also collaborates closely with the Visual Merchandising teams and the Retail Marketing Director for Spain, while staying aligned with standards and guidance from our Global Office and EMEA headquarters.The role drives the evolution and effectiveness of partner strategy and helps build aligned roadmaps for benchmarking retail elevation and the consumer experience across the territories.Through strong collaboration, this role helps create alignment, accelerate execution,



and unlock meaningful business and consumer impact.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORThis person will be responsible for the ideation and execution of all retail elevation projects that take place in Spain and Portugal through our territory partners.
