Description Join our HP Madrid Office As a Junior Inside Account Representative, you will work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to retain existing customers and create new sales opportunities. You'll manage the entire sales process for a range of customers, focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to closing the sale. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle by supporting contractual engagements, building strong relationships with key influencers, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities * Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. * Build and manage relationships with customers to drive business growth. * Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions. * Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategies for new and existing accounts. * Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams using remote sales tools. * Support customers in adopting new products and solutions.



* Identify opportunities to expand business within accounts and work with AEs/partners to plan account growth. * Independently manage smaller transactional deals from qualification to close, focusing on expanding the product portfolio to customers. * Assist with product selection, demonstrations, responding to requests for proposals, and updating sales catalogs. * Oversee the sales cycle, including project management, pricing, solution development, closing sales, and technical demonstrations. Education & Experience Recommended * Bachelor's Degree is required. * Native Catalan & Spanish language fluency. * High English language fluency. * At least two years of experience in sales and account management. * A background in Information Technology or a related technical field, gained through both education and professional experience, will be highly valued. * Proven track record of meeting sales targets and
