¿Qué General overview: * Underwriting of Facultative Business for the Marlin Facilities. * Liasing with Aon Reinsurance broking divisions in the EMEA Region. * Analyzing and tracking record of all risks being presented to the Marlin Facility, loading into the system, gathering of relevant information. * Assisting the EMEA brokers to find the best solution when deploying Marlin´s capacity. * Develop and maintain a good commercial / technical relationship with the EMEA network. Responsibilities: * Risk analysis/underwriting across different lines of business (Property, Power, etc.). * Interaction with the different Aon offices in the EMEA Region. * Processing business flow in systems and documentation. * Assisting the EMEA brokers to find the best solution when deploying Marlin´s capacity.



* Develop and maintain a good commercial / technical relationship with the EMEA network. Job requirements: * Preferably an academic degree (completed or in progress). * Experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry. * Work experience as an underwriter and/or broker, preferably 1 or 2 years. * Proficiency in English and Spanish. Key competencies: * Analytical ability. * General knowledge of insurance/reinsurance. * Interpersonal skills. * Teamwork.
