This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced corporate finance professional looking to play a key role in managing transaction, advisory, asset management, and business planning activities across a diverse portfolio of clients and sectors. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven people leadership skills, overseeing a team of finance professionals while ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality advisory mandates and strategic projects. Key Responsibilities * Manage, mentor, and develop a team of M&A; and asset management professionals across Analyst, Associate, Senior Associate, and junior leadership levels, including workload allocation, performance reviews, and career progression planning. * Review and quality-control financial models (including DCF, three-way, LBO, earn-out, and valuation models), business plans, information memoranda,



pitch materials, asset management analyses, and due diligence outputs before escalation to senior stakeholders or external counterparties. * Oversee the team's pipeline of M&A;, advisory, asset management, and business planning assignments across multiple sectors, including technology, consulting, energy, industrials, financial services, consumer, and foodtech. * Act as the primary point of contact between the advisory and asset management team and senior leadership * Manage external advisory and service mandates, including scope definition, resourcing, delivery management, pricing, client communication, and commercial follow-up. * Monitor the financial performance of each mandate, ensuring appropriate pricing strategies and resource allocation, while implementing corrective actions where necessary to protect profitability. * Support the continued expansion of the advisory business by identifying
